Our non-profit club needs your help to make it work.We are run primarily by volunteers and need your help to provide the best for your children.Please check the areas where you would be willing to help.
Tournaments:
____________ Office Help (3-4 hours prior to the tournament weekend)
____________ Merchandise (ordering and collecting trophies, t-shirts prior to tournament weekend)
____________ Team Registration (evening before the tournament)
____________ Field Marshal (during the tournament)
____________ Sales (selling of merchandise during the tournament)
____________ Team Check In/Scores Desk (during the tournament)
General Club Assistance:
________Office Help (you set the hours, just try to have set hours if possible)
________Volunteer Committee: Help coordinate volunteers for a particular age group
________Team Pictures: Coordinate team pictures
________Age Group Coordinator: Once a week for six weeks to place children on teams for one age group
________Sponsorship Coordinator:help once a week procuring sponsorship
________Grant Writing: Soccer money is out there, can you help find it???
________ Jamboree: Assist with activities on the day
Instructional Division (U5-U8 age group):
________Field Marshal: Friday nights 5:30-8:00 pm to check in referees and monitor the fields
Equipment:
________Maintanence: Help to repair goals
________Moving/Placement: If you have a truck that could help move goals from location to another
Newsletter:
________Editor: If you have desktop publishing experience, we need you!
________Photographic Coordinator: Help get pictures of the children to put in the newsletter
________Advertising Coordinator: Coordinate the selling of ads to pay for the cost of the newsletter
