TOPSoccer is a nationwide program operating out of FYSA area youth soccer clubs. It’s purpose is to offer the game of soccer to children who for whatever physical, emotional or cognitive reasons cannot participate in regular league soccer as it is offered through their area clubs.
CFUSC began their TOPSoccer division in the Fall ’00 season, led by Marilyn Gerber, and it has been a phenomenal success. A total of 25 special needs athletes participated, ranging in age from eight to sixteen. These athletes had no prior soccer experience and encompassed a wide range of abilities. All of the athletes participated to their highest individual potentials and all of the athletes had fun.
Topsoccer, as it is offered thru CFUSC, is designed to follow the parameters of instructional youth soccer as closely as possible. This is made possible by the dedication of experienced coaches as well as experienced licensed referees assigned specifically to the TOPSoccer division.
The three goals of TOPSoccer are to offer our athletes an opportunity for physical fitness, friendship and fun. These goals to date were exceeded by far.
TOPSoccer registration is open through out the seasonand new participants are always welcome to register at anytime!

The Central Florida United TOPSoccer team traveled to the East Coast to attend the "1st Annual Space Coast TOPSoccer Festival" last weekend. The festival was attended by TOPSoccer Programs from CFU, Space Coast United and Clay County United. CFU TOPS Director Jeff Lee, Assistant Coach Flavio Correia and Team Manager Martha Correia traveld with all the players whose ages range from 4 years to 19 years. The CFU squad performed very well and were crowned champions of this wonderful event.
